Direct Loan Signing began as a notary business I built with dedication, consistency, and heart. I loved serving my clients, and they trusted me with their most important documents. My work was rooted in South Florida, where I spent 42 years surrounded by my family, my friends, and everything familiar. Change was never easy for me — but sometimes God places a new path in front of you, and you have to trust Him enough to walk it.

Life shifted when my family relocated to Fort Drum, New York for their second duty station. For years, I worked a full‑time 9–5 and ran my notary business, which meant I couldn’t move with them. But this time, God cleared the path so I could be with my family. I did what any parent would do — I paused my notary work and followed the direction God laid out for us.

Even though I paused notarizations, my business never closed. It remains active, insured, bonded, and in good standing. Florida law requires notaries to be physically present in the state to perform notarizations, even Remote Online Notary services. Because I am temporarily living in New York, I cannot notarize at this time — but that didn’t stop my clients from reaching out. They didn’t forget me. They trusted me, supported me, and continued to rely on me no matter where I lived.

They kept me busy with research, virtual assistant tasks, transaction coordination, and after‑hours support. Their loyalty reminded me that my value wasn’t just in stamping documents — it was in the relationships I built, the communication I provided, and the way I helped people stay organized, informed, and supported.

With over 20 years in foreclosure law, title operations, and real estate industry connections throughout Florida, expanding my services became a natural next step. My clients needed more, and I wanted to continue serving them no matter where God placed me.
