Families relocating to a new state pay a concierge service fee before services begin. This fee covers:

• A dedicated military spouse assistant
• Personalized relocation guidance
• Vetted professionals in their destination state
• Move coordination
• Checklists, timelines, and communication support
• Ongoing assistance throughout the relocation

This upfront fee keeps the program RESPA‑safe and ensures families receive full support from day one.

These partners include:

• Realtors
• Brokers
• Loan officers
• Lenders
• Title companies

They do not pay referral fees and do not pay per closing. Instead, they pay a program membership + military spouse sponsorship fee once they begin receiving clients.

This fee covers:

• Partner onboarding
• Listing visibility
• Program participation
• A dedicated military spouse assistant
• Workflow support
• Compliance‑safe client coordination

Partners also mentor a military spouse who assists them as a VA or TC.

These partners include:

• Movers
• Roofers
• Cleaners
• Contractors
• Insurance providers
• Home service companies

Vendors join through:

• Directory membership
• Lead access plans
• Sponsorships
• Preferred vendor upgrades

These fees are legal marketing/service fees, not referral fees.

Every partner mentors a military spouse.
